Refund policy

If a order has not been shipped or fulfilled a full refund may be granted. If a order is received damaged or not compatible, please submit pictures of the damage within 3 business days of the delivery date for appropriate actions to be taken. We recommend immediately reporting any issues upon unboxing and installation. Anything after 3 days from the stated delivery date on the tracking information will be deemed as not replaceable due to user error. 

This policy only applies to products sold directly from the Airsoft Parts Bin website. Products that are sold through and purchased using a affiliate link on Airsoft Parts Bin will adhere to the return/refund policy of the retailer said item had been purchased from. Airsoft Parts Bin will not provide refund/return assistance for products not directly sold from the website.
