(List is categorized from Easy to Hard troubleshoots)
Issue: Dead Battery
Fix: Replace battery and check if issue persist.
Issue: Bad battery connection
Fix: Common on tamiya plugs. Internal pins on plug might not be making contact even when the plug is clicked in place. Wiggle wires to see if a dead spot can be resolved.
Issue: Motor connections
Fix: Remove motor plate and inspect motor connections. Make sure they are snug on the motor tabs and not loose. Motor connections might seem attached but internally can be broken. (Under the heat shrink)
Issue: Broken trigger contacts/Wires
Fix: Open gearbox and inspect contacts and wire harness. Contact points with too much buildup and lead to no response or the tabs are broken off. Pinched or sheared wires also cause same issues.
